President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder met with mayors this afternoon at the White House to talk about ways to curb youth gun violence.
Obama vowed to try to press Congress to pass legislation to expand background checks and crack down on gun trafficking.
Mayors leaving the White House declined to comment.
