White House celebrates April Fools with a "special message from the president"

The White House marked April Fools Day, unveiling a video "special message from the president."

Only not that president, but the much shorter, Kid President -- Robby Novak of Henderson, Tennessee -- who was a special guest for the White House Easter Egg Roll.

The spunky 9-year-old is the star of the video, filmed at the lectern where Press Secretary Jay Carney -- and often, President Obama -- speak.
