New Cabinet names for a second Obama administration?

Not just yet, Press Secretary Jay Carney says. Though speculation abounds about who'll replace various outgoing Cabinet secretaries -- including Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner -- Carney said today that he can "promise" that no decisions have yet been made.

"There's a great deal of speculation about the timing," Carney said. "I can promise you that no decisions have been made by the president and you will hear from him when he believes he's ready to make any such announcements."
