President Obama to tour Hurricane Sandy storm damage

With congressional committees poised to begin looking into the Sept. 11 attack at the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, President Obama is enroute to New York to survey damage in the wake of Sandy.

On board with him, New York senators Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand. The White House pool report says Obama will take a helicopter over Staten Island before stopping on the ground to view damage.
