It was inevitable--the Romney campaign Thursday unveiled a new 30 second ad that blasts President Barack Obama for saying the private sector is "doing fine."
In fact, the ad shows Obama saying the line at his Friday news conference three times, as message flash onto the screen reminding viewers the economy has yet to fully recover.
Republicans have pounced on Obama since the minute he uttered the line. Romney mentions it in his campaign speeches, and the new ad reinforces the GOP view that Obama is out of touch.
