Gingrich's last campaign event in Florida

Newt Gingrich is mostly taking aim at President Obama -- for his health care law and for rejecting the Keystone pipeline.

He vows to reverse both moves and predicts that the economy will improve on election night "the minute it is clear Obama is gone."
