Larry Summers to China this weekend

The White House announced that National Economic Council Director Larry Summers and Deputy National Security Advisor Tom Donilon will leave Sept. 4 for Beijing. The release says they'll have three days of meetings. Those include meetings with Vice Premier Wang Qishan and State Councilor Dai Bingguo.
