State Department: Missing Floridian remains a priority

The State Department marked the third anniversary of the disappearance of Floridian Robert Levinson -- who went missing in Iran during a business trip to Kish Island in 2007 -- by saying he'll "remain a priority for the United States until he is reunited with his family."

Chief department spokesman P.J. Crowley said Levinson's family "misses him desperately and hopes he will be able to walk his daughter down the aisle later this year."

He said Levinson's wife met in December 2007 with Iranian officials "who expressed a willingness to share information about their investigation into her husband’s disappearance with the family. We ask that Iran stand behind its commitment to provide full details about their authorities’ investigation."
