With the health care summit over and controversy remaining over Democrats wanting to use the budget reconciliation process to avoid filibuster problems, President Obama will make public remarks, mostly likely on Wednesday, about how he intends to pass a health care overhaul. Press Secretary Robert Gibbs, at his daily briefing still under way, said Obama "will outline what the next steps are" and "what's the way forward on health care."
