Here's the letter Obama administration officials sent today to formally notify Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn the federal government will acquire Thomson Correctional Center to house some terrorism detainees now at Guantanamo Bay, which President Obama has ordered closed. Critics are renewing their arguments against the move, which was floated earlier.
