A short-term patch for a long-term gain

In August of this year, the Post-GI Bill will start paying out money to colleges for qualified applicants. The VA is in charge of the program and will use existing technology.


But in 2010, a new system will be in place according to the Veterans Administration. [Federal Computer Week]
