Colombia: Santos interview

One of the major decisions facing the incoming Obama administration is how much the US should give to Plan Colombia. My last blog linked to a Newsweek story that presented the failings of the plan. Here, Colombian Defense Minister Juan Manuel Santos explains why Colombia should continue to get robust funding.
