Arkansas man challenges the 'putative' president

A Mr. Don Hamrick of Arkansas needed 395 pages to spell out his complaint against the man he identified as "Putative President Barack Obama," Chief Justice John Roberts, Jr. and others.

Lots on his mind, apparently. The suit, filed in May, uses large-size typeface and an exclamation point to warn of High Treason! All nine justices of the Supreme Court, the suit alleged, deserve impeachment; apparently, for their unwillingness to challenge the president's U.S. citizenship.

Or, as Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell might say: "The president says he is a U.S. citizen. I take him at his word."

Mr. Hamrick's lawsuit sought $14.4 million, but in a ruling Tuesday U.S. District Judge John D. Bates called it "utterly confusing and at times indecipherable." Case dismissed.

This may not be the end of it. Last year, another federal judge felt obliged to dismiss a 547-page complaint filed by Mr. Hamrick, and there have been others.

all the halfbreed osama bin obama has to do is release the papers of his schooling & birt certificate and it would be over one way or the other
osama bin obama would still be pres or he would be in jail for many many years and all his crap that was passed would be invalid

Why aren't the judges censoring this nut? 30 days in jail brecking rocks since he doesn't have any money would hopefully focus his mind on something else.

"all the halfbreed osama bin obama has to do is release the papers of his schooling & birt certificate and it would be over"

That is a LIE and you KNOW it!
He could release EVERYTHING you want, while he was doing back-flips, and you would just claim everything was fraudulent or bogus.

Quit lying you moron!
