Live blogging Sotomayor: Thursday: Klobuchar

Klobuchar gives Sotomayor another chance to discuss a child porn case. So now we know, for sure, that Sotomayor is absolutely against the sexual exploitation of children.

10:30 a.m.

Klobuchar gives Sotomayor a chance to further burnish her prosecutorial credentials, by talking about a child pornography case she pursued.

 10:29 a.m.

Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar takes everyone's time to enter into the record documents that are already well known, endorsements by various law enforcement organizations. Then, she reads at length a particular endorsement.

One is tempted to call this a judiciary committee version of a fluffer, but that would be wrong.
