Loyal readers of my colleague Shashank Bengali's blog, Somewhere in Africa, know that he has a regular feature called Obamarama, which documents the many places that President Barack Obama's name and image have been appropriated for commercial use in Africa.
There is the Obama bubble gum ("Yes We Want!) in Kenya, the Obama cafe in Benin, and the Obama video center in Ethiopia.
Obamarama isn't contained to Africa, of course.
Here in Jerusalem there is Obama pizza, started by Issak Ayzencot, who said he named his pizza joint after Obama because he's been told he looks like the new US president. (He doesn't really, but no matter...)

You'd figure this place would have a "Hawaiian Pizza" on the menu, but so far, no joy.
How 'bout delivering Pizza in the Middle East?
