The good news came very late. The Iraqi parliament approved the election law. Long suffering with the greeds of the political blocs had reached an end. Many news agencies reported according to some lawmakers saying that the American administration of Obama involved in the whole issue.
In 2003, the Americans interefered to remove Saddam's regime. After that they also pushed so hard to approve an Iraqi Constitution.
I do not have an idea bout the way the American adiministration involved but alomost sure that without this American involvement, our lawmakers would not reach a compromise about any of these points.
The immortal question is (Will Iraq always need others to push them for doing big steps?)

The most important thing is for people to be happy!

We hope you will all succeed in setting your own course from now on, and that our soldiers leave there on schedule.

Iraq was home to the earliest known civilization on Earth, the Sumerian civilization, which arose in the fertile Tigris-Euphrates river valley of southern Iraq in the mid 6th millennium BC

I do not know what to say
I feel very badly need to be pushing for decisions
that may be helpful
Iraq has been home to continuous successive civilizations since the 6th millennium BC. These civilizations produced the earliest writing, literature, sciences, mathematics, laws, and philosophies of the world; hence its common epithet, the "Cradle of Civilization". Iraq was home to the earliest known civilization on Earth, the Sumerian civilization, which arose in the fertile Tigris-Euphrates river valley of southern Iraq in the mid 6th millennium BC. It was here in the late 4th millennium BC, that the world's first writing system and recorded history itself were born.

I hope this doesn't sound too patronizing, but this is really what I think... Best wishes to the good people of Iraq - the land of riches

I hope the American government gets its nose out of Iraqi business from now on, unless asked. We hope you will all succeed in setting your own course from now on, and that our soldiers leave there on schedule. Hopefully the bombings will stop and you can all live in peace.

"....Will Iraq always need others to push them for doing big steps?"
@@@
The answer is "no"!
However, 30 years of dictatorship and oppression are a bit difficult to overcome, but I know Iraqis have a bright future because once you taste the fruit of FREEDOM and DEMOCRACY where the government is OF the people, BY the people and FOR the people, you will never want to turn back!
You, the people, are in charge of the government!
I hope this doesn't sound too patronizing, but this is really what I think... Best wishes to the good people of Iraq - the land of riches (if only people will stop bombing each other!)
