Like any other religion in this world, Islam has many sects. The basic five sects are very well known for Muslims. One of them is the Shiite sect while the other four are all Sunni. The five sects had been found more than 1000 years ago and they always used to live in peace because they agreed about all the basics of Islam. The differences among them are not more than different points of view between the clerics, they concern sub issues that don't have any kind of relation with the basics of Islam.
A few years ago, a new Islamic extremist sect appeared. This new sect brought a new bloody ideology which corrupted the core of Islam. Because of the ideology, many people got wrong ideas about Islam, the religion that got its name from the world Salam which means peace.
It looks that the crimes of this new sect will never end. One of the sheiks of this sect who i s supposed to be the Imam of the holy city of Mecca issued a new fatwa against Shiite Muslims. He said that Shiite people are infidels and must be killed. For his followers, this is a green light to implement suicide attacks against Shiite everywhere in Iraq. With a few words, this man allowed killing millions of innocent people just because he doesn't like them.
I believe one of the problems of the Islamic world is having such irresponsible sheiks who simply neglect the core of Islam and its peaceful message.
Islam is bigger than killing innocent people. Its the religion of love and peace not blood and death.
We infidels are eventually going to realize that we must fight the jihad that has been declared against us. On that day, I pray our president has the courage to use whatever weapons are necessary to win...just as we had to against Japan.

It is wrong to call some muslims radicals, others moderate and yet others by numerous other identities. The fact is they are all the same:Violent, intolerant and habitual liars. That cult started out of hate and by a man who was child molester (screwing a 9 year old). He taught stealing , lying and killing in the name of his cult.

My own female cousin was STONED and had to stay in an ICU for 4 months because she had commited the crime - of DRIVING, INSIDE a Brazilian (neutral) engineering field camp, after buying groceries for a top-level meeting of two Company's Directors with the Ministry of Lybia. If it were not for our security who had to run from far and shot a round of bullets around them, she would be dead today. These guys behave BEASTS in their land!

Islam's sacred book, the Al-Kuran or Alcoran, states that they should not trust infidels and even KILL them when there is a chance. Infidels are ALL non-believers - atheists and other religious alike.

this is NOT what the stupid radicals and their growing number of followers believe in.
