I also hope to visit Baghdad some day. Thank you!

I spent a year in Baghdad, from 06July to 07July, during the worst period of the war. I agree with Al Maliki- "afflictions can not ever defeat Baghdad." It is still a beautiful city, filled with warm and proud people, and I look forward to returning soon. To my friends in Baghdad, I wish for you peace and prosperity in 2009.

The iraqis will never have any Peace until US leaves iraq.
I sure wouldn't trust the Bush administration.

I hope I get to visit Baghdad one day. Congratulations!

How amazing it must be to live in a city with such deep history! And how painful to see it living with strife. I repectfully repeat the Prime Minister's beautiful words: "May God forever protect [your] beloved city. May the clouds of pain and suffering go with the wind!"
