Yesterday I received an SMS from my best friend. She was telling me that she regrets that she ever knew me at one time and she didn’t know anyone of my heart cruelty. I was shocked while I was reading these strange words but when I finished reading, I laughed for a long time. It was April Fool.
While I was writing this blog, my phone rang; it was my friend telling me that there is a curfew start at 3 pm . It was wondering...Why … what … who said that?? “It on the TV” he replied.
Immediately I turned to my colleague Hussein “Hussein, call the MOI to ask them about the curfew. My mind filled with suffering pictures of the last curfew 3 days ago, house arrest with lack of food and services but how quickly these pictures disappeared with my friend’s laughing voice telling me it was April fool.
Thanks God we still laugh in such conditions … we still remember traditional funny occasions with all this bloodshed. Like all Iraqis,I eager to hear that Iraq is safe again even if it was an April fool joke.

Bush and Cheney have given up! The war is over! (Sorry, April Fool's)

I'm sorry, from the bottom of my heart I'm sorry. I marched against our involvement in the war that day in Sydney when a million marched and our masters the politicians called us a mob.
The Australian people did not want us to desecrate your country but our craven rulers, ever mindful of the ruler of the world the USA, allowed us to be drawn in. It is and was a minor role but the action gave credence to the line the US government spouted on the world stage.
Thankfully we now have a responsible, thoughtful government that has been voted in partially due to the regret this country feels for the actions of the previous pack of Bush cronies.
It will not help you, the damage is already done, but please except my personal sense of empathy to you all. If I could turn back time, if I could make it all right I would but I am just one who used what power I had to prevent your misery but was derided by the powerful and dismissed as wrong.

At least you heard such a joke , mine was bad ( some one with me told me that a bridge had been demolished and many people killed) and until i discovered that was a joke,i was about 6to cry. To tell that truth i thought ten times to tell my family a white lie as some people call it but i changed my mind cause i know that my mom might have a heart attack before she discovers that i was jokin'.
Bless you my dear
